Awaken and Prepare for your new active lifestyle with a dynamic fitness training session. We'll focus on Strength, Endurance, and Toning. Building muscle with the use of orthodox and unorthodox equipment. My job and aim as your Personal Trainer will be to motivate you enough to see your goals through to the end, and for you to continue the lifestyle after. I aim to fulfil clients with enough knowledge to continue on their own life's journey.
